Call for Pattern Testers

OH, this poor neglected little blog of mine!  So many things I want/should be blogging about – recent makes, news, updates, etc.  But alas, there are only so many hours in a day and one must prioritize one’s time, yes?  This is an exciting time for The Sewing Affair and the title of this post is just a part of all the excitement that’s been happening around these parts.  Yes, there’s no doubt the summer of 2014 shall go down in our history books as The Sewing Affair’s most memorable!  So, how would you like to be a part of our milestone summer and become a pattern tester for The Sewing Affair?

Let me share with you a bit about the patterns we’re currently designing.  While the future is bright with opportunities for sewing patterns, we’re currently focused on designing patterns for women who are looking to add polished yet comfortable pieces to their wardrobe. Who knows what the future holds for us but right now we’re concentrating on celebrating the women in this world, and providing even more pattern options for us.  After all, as far as I’m concerned, a girl can’t have too many patterns or outfits.  Amiright?!

If you’re interested in becoming a pattern tester for us, please complete the following questionnaire (don’t worry, it’s not long or complicated!):

Fine Print for Pattern Testing

At this time, we’re unable to pay our pattern testers however selected pattern testers who complete the pattern testing process (ie. complete the feedback survey that accompanies the pattern being tested & provide photos of the completed garment) will receive a complimentary download for the final version of the tested pattern.   Pattern testers are responsible for supplying their own fabric, notions and equipment required to complete the garment.  All information regarding the pattern and the testing process of the pattern is confidential and testers may not discuss, blog or publish photos of the pattern or their make until the pattern is officially released by The Sewing Affair.  Pattern testers will be contacted via email as pattern testing opportunities arise.  Thank you!!!
